The UK has to build new alliances now the process of leaving the EU is underway. Instead of getting bogged down in negotiations with the EU, lets get trade deals with Japan and the USA done and dusted.
What about new partnerships? Together with Canada and Australia the UK could create a new economic power to rival the USA, China and the EU.
